The Edmonds School District is seeking approval of two funding measures in the February 13, 2024 special election - Proposition 1 and Proposition 2. These local measures are an investment in our future, and will help ensure all our students have access to 21st century schools and technology for 21st century learning. Approve Prop. 1 and Prop. 2 this February!

APPROVE PROP. 1 - SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION BOND

School districts in Washington State must go to voters to fund the construction of new schools and to pay for repairs because these expenses are not funded by the state. Bonds are a responsible and fiscally sound way to fund long-term investments like schools. Proposition 1, if approved, will replace some of our oldest school buildings with much-needed facilities to ensure all Edmonds School District students have safe, healthy and suitable spaces to learn.

APPROVE PROP. 2 - REPLACEMENT TECHNOLOGY/CAPITAL LEVY

All students deserve to have access to the technology they need to stay competitive and prepared for the jobs of tomorrow. Renewing the current technology levy continues critical funding for students, staff and schools to ensure they have the equipment and technological infrastructure needed to support learning.
